Mother

Each battle won is in her name for all the help she gives
She walks the path of righteousness in every way she lives

When I’m in need she’s always there to show me that she cares
To build me up with her support or point out all my errors

She cheers me up when I am sad or just plain feeling low
And jerks my chain when I am lost to tell me where to go

Betty Crocker step aside, June Cleaver back away
The greatest women ever born is honored on this day

Her name resides inside my heart I love her like no other
You can call her what you want, but I just call her mother
